Sally.io integration (beta)

When Sally finishes processing one of your meetings, it sends a summary to MemPalace. We turn it into memories in your personal vault under the sally wing, with one main meeting drawer plus separate drawers for each decision and task. Sub-drawers carry textual [[main-drawer-id]] back-references so you can trace anything back to the meeting it came from.

This is a closed beta. If you do not see a Sally entry in your sidebar, your tenant is not yet enrolled.

How to set it up

  1. Open Settings → Sally.io and click Generate webhook secret.

  2. Copy the secret immediately. You will not be able to see it again after navigating away. Treat it like a password.

  3. In Sally, follow Sally's webhook guide and open Settings → Integrations → Create webhook. Fill the form like this:

    HTTP body → Version V 2.1
    Language (Sprache) The language Sally transcribes in (English, German, …)

  4. Save the webhook in Sally, then run a test meeting and confirm a new drawer appears in your MemPalace vault under wing sally.

What gets stored

  • The meeting summary, topics, objections, and custom insights → one main drawer
  • Each decision → one sub-drawer linked to the main
  • Each task → one sub-drawer with responsible person and due date, linked to the main

Full transcripts are NOT stored — you can review them directly in Sally via the meeting link.

Where it lands (wing/room)

Every Sally drawer lives under wing sally. The room is picked from the payload in this order:

  1. If Sally tagged the meeting with a type (sales call, discovery, standup …), the room is the slugified type. Multiple meetings of the same type share a room.
  2. Otherwise the room is the slugified meeting subject — each meeting gets its own room (austausch-sso-abloesung, cat-bugs, kickoff-acme…) so the main drawer and its decision/task sub-drawers cluster naturally.
  3. If both signals are missing the room is untyped.

If the secret leaks

Open Settings → Sally.io and click Rotate secret. The old secret stops working immediately; paste the new one into Sally to keep the integration running.

Stopping the integration

Click Revoke integration. Existing memories stay in your vault; no new webhooks are accepted. You can re-enable later by rotating, which mints a new secret.
